Trump’s proposed budget will eliminate funding to museums, libraries, and artists

This article is about the POTUS’s new budget plan in which he proposes budget cuts for  the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, among other agencies. The main focus of the budget is cuts to science and the arts, while spending for defense is increased. While the plan must be passed by Congress first, this is the continuation of an assault by the new administration to limit the availability and spread of information and education to those less privileged.
